Bitcoins still not received

Hello, the site bitcoin-central.com took me 50 € Paysafecard credit in exchange for bitcoins since 09/06/2017, I received his email informing me that I was going to receive bitcoins and so far I did not receive anything.
I sent several emails and messages to their support but no response.
This site is good or scam?
