for this address ( 7.40000000 XCP on balance )

Help me to convert all my tokens to bitcoins

Just create a new account at counterparty and write down your new passphrase. Load it with some bitcoin to sweep your counterparty balance. Then go to import funds from another wallet and import your private key (which you posted here). (https://wallet.counterwallet.io/ is the official I think - look it up at the counterparty website)

AND DELETE YOUR PRIVATE KEY HERE! Everyone could easily steal your funds now! Do not ever post your private keys.

Come on, why would anyone legitimately publish their private key? Even if someone can recover the funds they will obviously take them for themselves. Readers, beware of this. (Also see warning next to amaclin's profile)

As I said you have to send bitcoin to swipe his XCP.

I am guessing that he has a script that automatically steals the bitcoin when you want to get his XCP.

TL;DR: IT IS A TRAP
