I'm presently reindexing my blocks on Rapsnode now.

I recall having a download issue with less than the current core on a Win7 machine.

The Raspnode has Qt version 4.8.6 while the Win7 machine has 5.7.1.

I want to upgrade.  I'd do an apt-get update and upgrade but when I run dpkg -| grep bitcoin bitcoin-qt isn't listed.  Suggestions?

The Qt version is completely irrelevant. That is the version of the Qt framework, the GUI library that Core uses. Please post the actual version of Core itself (it will be of the form 0.x.x).

Bitcoin Core is not part of any of the software repositories. Just download it from bitcoin.org: https://bitcoin.org/en/download and copy the binary files to their proper locations.

Bitcoin Core version v0.13.2.0-b654842

I wonder if 0.14.1 SegWit Signalling will run on Raspnode stock Canakit.  I'm all for SegWit in that it defeats that calculation bettering odds and producing empty blocks.

Will Core 0.14.1 be available as a Jessie .deb file?
