I have a trx hanging transaction fore more than 5 hours in finexbox exchange...this exchange have a few trading volum with few users and transactions and i wonder why they take all this time to broadcast just a simple trx transaction

You asked an inaccurate question. As an exchange, they don't confirm your transactions, the miners, stakers do confirmations. The responsibility of exchange is to approve your transactions (withdrawals) and broadcast them on networks. Then the rest responsiblity to confirm are for miners.

Exchanges in their sides, need to broadcast your transactions with appropriate acceptable fees to make sure miners will take it and confirm it ASAP or at least not too long annoying waiting time for their clients.

If your withdrawal was broadcasted by Finexbox but has not yet been confirmed by miners, you can only wait. If your withdrawal was not approved, ask them with a support ticket.

If they already broadcast the transaction it must be showen in the scan...you are right about the qeustion format but i only asked the qeustion this way because in the transaction status they show "unconfirmed"...maybe they mean that they didnt broadcast the transaction yet

Finexbox is not a famous exchange, and I have never used this exchange; I suggest you don't use this exchange in the future because all volume is fake showing, so you should check out if your TRX is showing in pending and not approved by finexbox admin, if they have approved then you should wait for your withdrawal because some time transaction was pending in blockchain and will be a success soon.

you better ask by email to ask about the withdrawal problem you are facing, maybe there is a problem that makes your withdrawal pending a problem if there is no answer from the finexbox admin it could be a problem you are facing, it's better to wait for the response from the admin to be better than you complaining here if there is no response you can create a scam thread about finexbox.

Is it the finexbox or the network if the coin you had been doing transaction.

Some coin had their own network like the ETH, BTC, EOS and other coins out there. Other coins too are using other's network like the erc20 tokens which uses the eth network. Usually some network may clogged with transactions and that usually or commonly happen to btc or eth. In your case since you do not mention what kind if transaction you made, most likely the reason is the heavy traffic of transactions being made that usually clogged or  will keep you waiting.
