Hi, to access the Ethereum chrome app, you need to set Browser support to NO.
On your Ledger, go to Ethereum app, then use down arrow to go to Settings. Click on the 2 arrow in the same time to validate. Down arrow again to Browser Support. Validate. Up arrow to choose NO. Validate again.
Then you can access the Ethereum Chome app.
The browser support is just needed to access myetherwallet (dont forget to put Contract Data to yes to see your altcoints on the ethereum chain)
Edit: for Doge, i don't use this app, but should be the same thing.
