Pre ICO funding

i put this in here because i dont think something like this exists yet

I like to invest in ICO because of the good return, now after a while doing this i found out that many ICOś give you a special PRE ICO discount when you buy for at least 50K

Now i dont have that money but I still like to get on the deal so my question is

Is there a platform that lets you invest in Pre ICOś because it dont matter if i pay myself the 50 k for lets say 10000COins

or if a few people chip in together to reach the minimum ICO price for that coin

If a spends 50%
b 30% and c 20% the coins would be split up equally and peolple still have the benefit of Pre ICO purchases

If there is already some type of platfor m let me know

Id also like to know how something like that could be built
