There are several affordable ewallet scripts out there.
Probably you'll have to increase security options, from both script and server.
But it's not difficult to develop this kind of project

It would be extremely risky to start a bitcoin business and hire a developer to create something for you if you don't have experience yourself in what's going on....good chance to be scammed

How will you know, once you buy a script, if it doesn't have any backdoors in it? Security flaws? bugs?

There is relatively little money in the business model.  You need to have advertising (blockchain.info) or you need to create a hardware wallet like ledger and trezor with killer marketing.

Web wallet service is not pretty rare here at all since there are so many wallet provider that we can choose and they are more trustable ones to put are money on. And what is the best feature of wallet you can offer to us and what are the thing that can convince us to use your web wallet site/app? Maybe you should state some future features in here so that we can see if this one will be good.

If you must to ask "how to make" it's better to give up and try to find something other to do. Yiu need to have lot of skill or to know someone with skill. People is now much more careful with new service, especially when need to put our money there.
Make something different and In this contest you nake a web wallet for your service user. Then you can see how it's work.

i am not saying you cant do it., but it takes more than just a script.
it needs complete understanding how bitcoins works, how blockchain works., how to make business out of it and how to monetize it.,
how to raise funds for your project so you can focus on main things.,

Start off using a pre-scripted block explorer on a VPS and build some tenure and trust.  That is pretty easy to put together and do that for at least six months, showing people that you can at least handle running and maintaining a server for a period of time.  Take the time to learn more and play with Bitcoin. .  Download the Bitcoin core and play with it on testnet and live, building TX's from scratch, throw some text data in with a few TX's through your own core on a PC, advertise your website that way per se.

Its not that easy if you ask me. I have planned to create one months ago, in fact I have my own thread about it. Tried to asked some programmers myself and they asked me 3 btc for it. Its easy to create a wallet said one programmer but will people be using it? Thats the real question.

Aside from paying programmers to do it that is if you don't know how yo do it by yourself, you also need to pay for the advertisement to let the people know since it would be useless if no one use it or no one knows it. To attract bitcoin users to your wallet you must offer something that is different from the other wallets available.

I suggest a better project like building bitcoin ATMs.  If you ever need something like that I could help.

Do not try to sell the coin or make money off of it, but get the feel for how the code can be manipulated to do different things.  Write some smart contracts in Bitcoin and test them.  Share the knowledge that you are gaining because nothing test new knowledge like trying to teach other people.

Run a pool behind that same block explorer for another six months and keep the blockexplorer running at the same time.  One year from now, presuming you have demonstrated all this for the forum here, you may be able to launch a wallet service, not an exchange, just a wallet service and get a few users.
