Bollinger Band Alert System for Bit- and Altcoins

Hello,

this is my first post within this forum. I hope I found the right category for it.

This is my problem:

I want to have/build a Bollinger Band alert system that informes me every time when the candlesticks of a chosen Coin touches
the upper or lower band.

So far I couldn't find anything for it. I've read that it's possible with MetaTrader but as far as I could figer out yet
Metatrader doesn't offer the possibility to analyse cryptocurrencies (except BTC/USD).

Do you have any suggestions how I can realize that alert system?

you can use fxopen, in there another accepted pair bitcoin/usd support another coin, litecoin, etherum , peer coin and more
