I just opened up my free Bitcoin / Litecoin webhook service called bithook.me. Once you have your webhook setup with the service you will receive a call any time the address you gave when registering the webhook receives a transaction. Registering a webhook requires only sending a POST request to the service, no wallet keys need to be transfered.

Missing info on confirmations requirements. You should make that settable prolly (by adding a third, optional, parameter when creating a hook).
