I have joined a team that is starting a decentralized exchange that also doubles as a wallet secured by the blockchain(not a dev. and don't know how they are doing this). They claim that it solves the security risk of having another Mt. Gox. situation as well as it is all around safer. My question to you my knowledgeable friends is this, do you think that it is right(or a good idea) for them to market with an ICO that is pretty much just a new type of exchange and possibly take advantage of the irrational exuberance we are now seeing or develop the product first and release it without an ICO?
