Sending ZCL and ZEC transactions directly without software wallet

I am trying to learn some things about altcoin transactions and i was wondering on how to send a transaction without downloading any software wallet, meaning i will make some script or code that send the transaction. I have chosen ZCL and ZEC coins to try this endeavour. I wonder of anyone could indicate me some website where i can learn what i need to do this.
