Anyone ever used Bitpay?

I just started a Bitpay account. They send you a debit card that you can use to debit bitcoins out of your account. I'm not exactly sure about everything yet. I know you can have up to $25k in US dollars in your account and can spend $10k a day. I plan on just having it so I can send currency from another wallet in case I need quick cash. You can also get cash at an ATM with it. They charge $2 plus the ATM fee so it would probably cost $5 to get cash. Anyone used this and have feedback?

I ordered a debit card from bitpay in april 27 and it reached my home 18 may 2017.
I am having about $5 in it but never tried to withdraw from it.
Checking balance and changing password functionality at my local atm works smoothly.
