Seems very scammy, and even more so when you see the crappy website, and the fact that it's a new user.

You should start by signing a message from an address with more than $20k in BTC, to prove that you have the funds to pay out winners. You don't state how winners will be picked, so now might be a good time and look into a good provably fair implementation for your site. But, your stats also seem quite faked so I guess you were just hoping to scam some poor person.

The latest "winner" of your website is the address 1FfmbHfnpaZjKFvyi1okTjJJusN455paPH which contains/contained the BTC that the FBI seized, quite a while ago. Do you really think people will believe that the FBI is playing your lottery? Yeah, right.

With the price of bitcoin skyrocketing, it seems that a lot of suspicious lottery site have appeared more often than the past, there is a very high possibility that it is just a scam site. This OP is just hoping some new users that have just came into crypto-currency world would deposit into this type of lottery site, It would be better to avoid this site at all cost.
