I also recommend you 50btc pool, minimal pps commission, clean and easy design and helpful support.

I started mining 2-3 weeks ago and have been to btcguild 50btc and slush pool.
Finally i made up my mind and slush became nr1.
1.decent payments even for users with low hash rate
2.extreamly active operator
3.good IRC help
4.overall luck is 100%+

mining.bitcoin.cz/

Hope to see you there

I don't understand hashrack -- they're just ordering from BFL which you could do yourself.  But that's for another thread.
