wallet adress does not want to link or allow me to withdraw

Hi I have various wallet addresses that I use on different faucets. These faucets payout to Faucet Hub.

Some of these addresses are linked but my one address does not want to link to the rest and does not allow me to withdraw as the balance of this address is not reflected in my balance I can withdraw.

When I do want to link it to my other wallets I get an error saying that the address is already linked in the system.

I can view the balance of the wallet address separately.

Could someone please help me with this problem?

I think I may have 2 faucet hub accounts and that could be the reason I cant link the wallet or withdraw from it. Is there a way to check if that is the case?
