Concept:
Money released after a Board of Directors votes?
I am certain (?) funds can be held until certain conditions are met.
What about a Board of Directors voting?
Rough idea:
The smart (really smart?) contract will "look for" input in the future
(For example) Enter the URL to a poll on a forum, If the B.O.D. voted to release the related funds for Decision #23, for example, then funds are released to the correct address(es)

That is just one example. If you have "complex knowledge" of smart contracts please post here and give some idea how much you might charge per topic/per hour, or do we have people willing to help, like at the BTC side of the forum?
