electrum unfonfirmed transaction?

I exchanged alt's into btc on an exchange.
Then withdraw into wallet.

Now still unconfirmed.
Can anyone help?

Since you have sent bitcoins from a exchange to your electrum wallet it's not an electrum issue.
You need to wait for confirmation and it may take 4-5 hours or more since tx fees paid by that exchange (170 sat/B) is lower than current recommended fees (360 satoshis/B).
