Petition for [WTB] and [WTS] tags

The subsections are a mess. There is no mutual guideline that make the forum a little bit easier to read.

I petition people start using WTB and WTS tags when they're buying or selling. IAM, LF, etc etc.

Or something of that nature; you guys catch my drift.
