does anyone else have problems with the support @poloniex? I made an ticket on June 9 because my account is frozen and still don't got an answer from support.
Yes, in fact most people that are using poloniex right now are probably experiencing difficulties reaching support.
The most common things that seem to be issues are people not able to upgrade to level 2 verified, therefore they can only withdraw $2000 worth of crypto per day, no more; or simply having their withdrawals awaiting approval or deposits stuck.
How was your account frozen by poloniex? Did you do something beforehand that triggered the suspension of your account? Did they give you instructions to follow?
