Highly recommend Bit Innovate

I haven't been around long enough to comment on fees and stuff, but as for service and ease of use, these guys were great. I paid my cash deposit at the bank and had my coins within 3 minutes (not confirmed obviously, though they are now).

It is a little harder to buy Bitcoins in Australia, especially as no-one sells locally, but I'll definitely be going through Bit Innovate again.
