How to cashout an Itune cards?

I was trying to find out the way to cashout the itunes cards?
Is there any app which does this or is there anyother method that i cant find it?

I know on some marketplace site you can exchange it for BTC but i would like to know that how do they cash out?

I'm not aware of any sites that does that because usually they sell and not buy. I suggest taking a look at the digital goods section, you will definitely find some buyers with decent rates.
