Google Authenticator doesn't backup or share anything outside the app itself. So if you never made a backup of the app, they are lost forever.
I personally always copy the QR Code or the digits of the 2FA code before enabling them, and backup them on a encrypted file on the cloud. That way I can always recover my 2FA in case I lose access to my phone.
If you never did anything like this, maybe you should contact the support of every website to see if any of them offer you any way of reseting your 2FA. Most of them unfortunally don't...
