This currency I keep hearing about more than Litecoin -- it is a currency basically making fun of Bitcoin and supported by people that appear to be upset they didn't join Bitcoin sooner.

I mean look at what they are posting everywhere.

I believe it's gaining value mostly because of the community behind Doge. It's silly in a lot of ways and that appeals to a wide range of people. JMO.
