Hardware recomendation

Hello to all what read this topic. I like to buy a custom mining hardware and I got $2000 USD for invest. My purpose is mining etherum for the moment. Can you help me to decide wich hardware is appropriate for my budget?  

I think this configuration:
-Asrock H81 Pro BTC
-RX 480 x5
-Power supplier 1000w

What is your opinion? Can I improve this configuration?

So far according to reviews, 1070 is better than rx 480. Price has a 30 - 40% difference but it will give you more hash power almost doubled or doubled for most algorithms.
