Guys, I was wondering if you can have a rig that has the gpu's mining and some hard drives hooked up mining burst in the same build so is that possible? And if so, anyone cares sharing experiences is welcome.

Yes, it's possible.  In fact, it's good to have a GPU to plot the HDDs for Burst mining instead of waiting hours or days with just a CPU.  In fact you could have 3 separate miners running at the same time.  Mining some altcoin with your GPU, mining Burst with your HDD, and mining something like Monero with your CPU.

By the way, don't use an SSD for mining Burst.  It's kind of a waste.

that's awesome! good to know I think I'll add to a rig some burst mining. thanks for the info. I know SDD pretty much useless in burst mining.

SSD aren't useless in BURST mining, just way too expen$ive per TB so not cost effective.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
