You take care of the transaction fee--I don't care if you skimp as long as it doesn't take 14 days for the transaction to confirm.

I've always thought that if you sent money as friends and family with the same currency that you have a balance with on paypal you don't need to pay any fees. It's goods and services that demands a fee. Guess i was mistaken, then.
