Pishing is frequent in Bitcoin world, Blockchain.info had similar problems with clones of their web. If this web is just a copy of epay.com this people scamed will probably not see their money again. All you can do about this is report on google the results .info and tell your users to be aware and report this webs on google's search if they found one. Looks like you have a serious problem. This is difficult to believe but they are better positioned than you. Look at this: https://twitter.com/epayinfo?lang=caMaybe they are other legit company instead of a hacker. Is their web a copy of epay .com?

I believe their domain is older than yours so better search rating. It is not difficult to differentiate between a microwallet and an exchange website, but people who just deposit seeing epay might end up losing their coins.

The name leads to a little bit confusion for some, maybe because they aren't checking the domain (.com and .info) or they haven't heard about epay.com before. Epay.info is a known Micropayment site like faucethub.io with faucets here in the forum, so I guess that's why they are mistaken.

Nothing to do with phishing. -Epay.info - faucet cache, designed to stop people sending micropayments through faucets that end up being worthless. Recently turned scam. -Epay.com - mildly shady-looking exchange site for Bitcoin with various other online money systems.

LOL, few years ago I also was thinking that this is same thing. And I'm often seeing that people on bitcointalk don't see difference between epay.com and epay.info Yes, epay.info is scam service, which run away with faucet owners and users bitcoins and other currencies. BTW, I heard another service with same name, it's epay.lt. Does it related to your service or not?

I don't think they are even close ?
When I used faucets I used epay.info and it was a faucet payment processor. So users didn't have to deposit any money into it (except if they were faucet owners) to pay the site visitors.
While your site (epay.com) doesn't seem to have any thing in common with it ?

I wouldn't call it "misleading" since you're both just independent businesses (and in epay.info's case, a scam now), but I can see how people would make that mistake. You just need to add a clear disclaimer where you let people contact your support, clarifying that you're not the faucet cache epay.info. Then you'll get less pressure from scammed epay.info users.

It seems they are trying to cash on your goodwill and reputation. Why don’t you send them a cease and desist letter from your attorney or file a UDRP with ICANN as they clearly is trying to cash-in with identical name in the same business ? There are many business already got rid off fake domain names by filing a UDRP. If I am not clear, please contact your website's hosting company, they can guide you on this more effectively.

I've been using their service (Epay.info) when i was newbie, they were trusted they have paid for more than 3 years it's kind of a long journey for them sadly i heard that they turned to scam. well i'm surprised that there are two services with the similar name (Anyway this is my first time i heard your site). I'm so glad to see you make this clarification cause i know that this accident brings such a negative impact for your service although between you and them are totally different.
