Hi People,
I had some BitShare coins and while withdrawing it, I accidentally withdraw it directly to bitcoin wallet instead of converting it to bitcoin first.
now the transaction status says complete: error.
I raised a ticket on it 26 days ago, still not received any feedback from Poloniex, Since the trollbox is disabled it's not possible to contact a moderator.
Do you guys think, I will receive my coins back?
How is this even possible?
Bitshares uses identifiers that you can actually pick that resemble more of usernames than random strings of numbers and letters like bitcoin. And it baffles me to see that poloniex would show a transaction as complete and error at the same time...
Unfortunately, all you can do in this case is basically just wait and hope for a response from poloniex support soon. You can't even use the trollbox to complain anymore because it is well, nonexistent. Good luck sir, and make sure that you don't use poloniex again after this until all their support issues are sorted out completely.
