Step 3. Request full access to the seller's BFL dashboard account to view pre-order detail, i.e. order date, name, billing and shipping address
Step 4. Request seller contact number for real-time verification.
Step 5. Lookup telephone directory for such person.
Step 6. Lookup for the address's immediate neighbour for cross validation of such person existance.
Step 7. Proceed payment if all above are statisfactory. Otherwise you initiate scam and non-payment dispute with the seller and EBAY.
