My resellers have sold on here before now I've decided to check out this forum myself.
I sell exactly what the title states.
The paypal accounts are identity, bank, email and phone verified.
I don't bother with confirming a card as it's not needed.
All the limits (sending/withdraw/receiving) have been lifted.
What they don't have is transaction history- i may offer this soon if price is right.
You will have access to the bank drop.
The bank drop can be used for receiving and sending funds.
Aswell as be used to link to various accounts such as paypal, bookmakers, transferwise etc, stripe/square and more.
The payza account is verified.
This account is used to exchange the funds (that you transfer from the bank) to btc.
Payza charge 2% for this.
So in summary this is a paypal cashout package.
