There are more than 50% scammers and cheater, but not related to care about cryptocurrency. Nowadays, trading is popular in my country, Every website about cryptocurrency start to post about ICOs, blockchain, altcoins, etc. and receive a lot of concerns... So don't think about the past, HYIP in Vietnam is becoming lower

I would hazard a guess you had a single bad experience in Vietnam and then just overgeneralize an entire population. Very mature!

Anyway, Vietnam is an amazing place with a great emerging tech scene. They have some amazingly talented coders that are working on blockchain projects.
