Programmer needed: Partner. Fast, Reliably and NO BUGS! (Exchange alike software

Hi,
I need a programmer with the ability to program a software for me. I will need you to stay with me, as I will certainly need you in the future.

You need to be able to work on software, without making any abusable bugs. Your pay depends on you making none or fix the problems within 24 hours.
This is critical software.

You either need to provide a portfolio or make a script to show you are not a beginner. You will need to have experience, this is not an entry level job!
This is a website you will need to program. I already have a little code. You can choose to write ontop or something new.

The website will tap into several APIs to ensure correct order details to customers.
Accounts with activity history and account dependent settings.
Simple; Works on mobile. (Simple doesn't mean the backend is simple, simple as in no junk on the interface)
