do we need to have Antminer hardware to run USB based bitcoin mining Huh? are these two hardware setup different ?

I don't want to sound rude, but I'm probably gonna sound rude. It looks like you need to spend some time reading up on enough basics to be able to formulate that question in a way that's possible to answer, by which time you might have answered it yourself already.

Only the very first Antminers were USB, all the ones after that have Ethernet built in.

Avalon, however, is still USB based.
I use cryptocurrency and solar power to help my best friend Naomi Wu... And I'm proud of it!
