Ok I installed the pingit app and went through all the steps. I had a text confirmation from pingit that it was send to "QKOS SERVICES LIMITED"

This is exactly what I did.

1. Signed up successfully
2. I topped up my desired amount used my debit card
3. Top up successfull and then clicked "pay" the middle button.
4. I used the correct phone number "07593 628277" and then in noted left the Ref "5983797"
5. I got confirmation text from Pingit saying payment was successful to "QKOS SERVICES LIMITED"
6. I have waited an hour, how long should it take, how long should I wait before having to contact them?

What I can't get my head round is, how does blockchain know it was my specific account that paid for bitcoins?
All I did was basically just send a payment through my phone. Much thanks for having read this and it would be great if you have a solution!
Cheers again guys! Smiley

There's this message on Twitter from a few days ago:

Quote
UK deposits ceased indefinitely. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Might be worth dropping them a tweet - noticed a few replies and an email/mobile on there.

Blockchain.info would know by you clicking on the PingIt tab on your wallet page first and getting a reference number to add to your Pingit payment but as scribe points out UK deposits have been indefinitely stopped so the tab is no longer there.

Yeah, amazing how much of a pain it is. Best options are probably:

1. Bitcoin-otc in irc
2. http://bitbargain.co.uk
3. http://localbitcoins.com
4. Ask in the forums
5. Sell something awesome

Or drop me a pm if really needed, but I generally go through the above anyway.
