Hi im hoping someone can help at all as i seem to not be getting anywhere fast with intersango ticket support... I have been using intersango since btc was at the rate of around 2.90 GBP and i have deposited alot of money into my account on there since then and never had any problems.... But recently i transferred 900GBP to there euro bank account on the 19th of april from my girlfriends bank account which i have used before to make deposits into my account without problem, i waited about ten days due to i knew they where manually importing deposits due to bank issues and asked them what is going on, they asked for my name which i gave them along with the info you have to submit for the transfer then they replied saying

It is a violation of the terms and conditions to have another person use your account.

Please send a picture of your photo id to support@intersango.com

And get ****** ****** to do the same.

But i have not broken the terms and conditions because firstly im the only one that has ever used this account and how does making a transfer from my girlfriends account mean that im sharing the account and no where does it say you cant use someone elses bank account to deposit money into your account otherwise i would not do it because why would i want to lose my money for no beneficial reason?Huh

I have since then sent them id that i scanned.. Since then they have not replied which was on the 6th of may and ive sent two replys stating what i have just said above with me also being major concerned as this was meant to be an invest for myself to buy btc when low and resell higher... then on the 8th of may i got to status messages saying it had been resolved so ive sent one last reply asking what is going on when it says resolved??? yet no reply... So can anyone help me on this at all because since this has happened i am really worried about losing alot of my savings... does resolved mean thats its done and theres nothing i can do or?

Keep us informed how it goes. I'm facing the really same problem at the moment. I made transfer of 215 euros at 3rd of May and yesterday I posted my first inquiry which I'm not stressed about at the moment I know it can take more than a day to answer but I'm really looking forward how does other people get along with Intersango at the same time.
I also have deposited money before with no problems at all.

Also today I can't log in anymore. I hope it has nothing to do with it.

And now they resolved my ticket. I got my deposit and bitcoin withdrawal was all okay. It seemed odd to me for what I've read from people experiences but I didn't get any problems. Just a delay.
I hope it goes well for you too.
