sent SNT to Bittrex ETH address, Help?

Hello everyone,

I accidentally sent SNT token from my MEW wallet address to bittrex ETH address.
I know that i made a simple beginner mistake.
So does Bittrex staff can recover my fund? or will I lose that fund?

Oh! Sorry but there is no way that the coins could be recovered. The message on bittrex too mentions that any coins other than ETH/the given altcoin will be lost if sent to another address. You can still contact bittrex as I remember one exchange did help a user to recover the coins when the tokens did not match. But possibility is very less. That's the reason I sent the least amount of tokens required the first time to see if they get deposited or not.

- which exchange can be used to receive tokens
- what wallet (software) people usually use
