Not solid. My site does not work, the server has a configuration problem, support person on IRC seems to have no idea how to resolve it.

Sorry about the issue earlier on, I looked further into it and found that at the time of setup, cPanel did not pass on the complete account information to our billing system, which also sends out the account access information email etc this made the billing system unable to send out an email as it was missing the vital details like account user/pass etc.
I have looked into this and fixed up your account, and sent you the complete email containing the all details needed to access your account. I have further verified/tested this by making 3 orders under my personal account and have received the email correctly from the system all 3 times, so this won't be happening again and this was a one-off case where something went wrong and caused this to happen.
