Here's my suggestion for future version of Bitcoin Core

Create a feature that let user choose the following options:

Option 1: Sync full network
   This is obvious. It will download the whole block chain

Option 2: Use Bitcoin's network
  This will not download a single block on the network, it just use Bitcoin's online network. The user can just use their wallet.

This is super great proposition! Anyway you can use it in another wallets.
But it will be great rating upgrade for Bitcoin Core.
