BTC confirmed but not receiving?

HI

I sent 2 bitcoin transactions and both show that they have been confirmed but have not been received.

Any idea what might be causing this? I dont think that both the wallets i send the bitcoin can be out of sync..

If the transaction is seen on the block explorers and has been confirmed, it is likely not your wallet's fault.

Where are you sending the funds to? If you are sending it to a service (eg. exchange, gambling sites) then its the service's fault. Contact them and ask them about this.

The transactions are for 2 separate service providers, and both have the same issue.
Well see is the sites support even answers me, i messaged them 3 days ago and no response.

But if the transactions has 900+ confirmations at the moment the problem shouldnt be my wallet?

What sites are you using? If you don't mind, you can PM me the URL and I'll have a look and see if the site is legit.

Yes. If the receiving address is correct, there is absolutely no problem with your wallet.

Are you sure the online wallets (as i make out of your post) are legit?
Also 3 days since their support didn't replied? I am getting skeptical here.
