I just use LocalBitcoins.
Built in Escrow service, and pretty much everyone will take UK National Bank Transfer, BACS or the very3 good Faster Payments Service. Never had any problems (I've even purchased via PayPal) and if you want, some sellers will meet you in person for a quick cuppa.

EDIT: I forgot to mention Sardasa. UK (London I believe) based and very trustworthy. Sardasa is a user here btw, not a website or something Tongue

I would go with localbitcoins too, anywhere you are. I've done a lot of buys and sell there and never had a problem if you are dealing with those people with huge trust ratings. Just don't immediately buy like thousands of euro in one go. It is still better to buy just small - medium amounts at a time. Even though they have escrow, it could take some time to dispute any transaction.
