Upcoming changes in the future job market & blockchain revolution

I wonder what skills will be required and most valuable on fintech sector or all blockchain-related jobs. What kind of people this new industry will need in the future?
To be honest I wanna gain some new skills to be a valuable person regarding to upcoming changes. Let's be honest - it's a huge revolution and I'm looking up to the future. Blockchain will be adapted in most places and industries (it's already happening).
My bet is coders / programmers (don't know about the programming languages which are better or worse?) will be most needed in that sector, but who else precisely could be valuable in this emerging future?
