Question: What would you do if trading side would froze your account not for your fault, and still after say 5 days you can't get your money/btc out?
Give up totally and quit Bitcoin overall - 2 (7.7%)
Give up on given exchange site and move on with your money lost - 11 (42.3%)
Just report it to some local police (that will not do anything about it probably) - 0 (0%)
...also actually contact real lawyers to sue for my money - 10 (38.5%)
...also sue for all the money gained on "speciall" occassions, likelly from mistakes, mass-panic, hacking - that was rolled-back - 1 (3.8%)
Just google up Yakuza phone line - 0 (0%)
Ignore incomming calls from Yakuza phone line - I borrowed from them money for my mining rig - 2 (7.7%)

Assuming simple "reminding by email" and so on would not give expected result, and that it would seem many people also have same problem.

This is NOT just about mtgox specifically. With growing BTC popularity we can expect more and more incidents.

Btw. please do comment on your choice, Im curious what the most experienced and known users have to say too, not just the summed stats Smiley

You aren't gonna get enough money from Mt Gox after you pay a laywer $300/Hr to make it worth your time to sue.

Anyway, there is no reason to get people in a panic about not being able to withdraw.  There is no evidence that will happen.
