Blockchain.info Secondary Password NOT WORKING!

Hello there!

Ok so the first time I had this problem was months ago: I'm using Blockchain.info and the secondary password didn't work on my phone but worked on my PC. I tried reinstalling the app, without luck. I completed some transactions on my PC and now I've got another problem: the PC won't accept my secondary password either. I tried to remove it and it says that the password couldn't be removed (it doesn't say that it's wrong or so). What I would like to ask you, guys is (if you got a secondary password) please go to your Blockchain wallet and try to remove your secondary password using the WRONG one to see what error you've got. I don't remember changing my secondary password and I have them written down on a paper (it's really difficult). I have also tried different combinations, and then I tried using the mnemonic for it. The recovered password is exactly the one I tried to use, and it doesn't work!!! Does it work for you? I sent an e-mail to the support team but then I read that they are either not answering at all or the answers are like "we cannot do anything about it". I have ALL the recovery phrases and mnemonics from my wallet. Any chance I can recover my funds?

I have the same issue.
I think blockchain does not work well on secondary password's data. Look the virtual keyboard, not enough keys, either.

Use your seed words and start your wallet security features again from scratch. Thats the only way you can bypass your password and second password. Nobody else can solve your wallet problems for you except you because you have total control of it. If you have problems with your seed words then the fault is yours and yours alone.

I have same issue today. im sure 100% my password correct. i was trying copy and paste, writing one by one letters, none working.
and shit i think will lost my coin inside.

In this case your only choice is use your 12 passphrase you get from blockchain.info to take back your coins there, dont expect that support will help you with this matter. Once you recover your wallet with those passphrase you will ask with new email, password and they give you new login id.

This would be the last resort if you do lost your secondary password support of blockchain wont really bother to reply you out. Thats why its important to keep the important informations of your blockchain wallet specially the paraphrase incase you lost access on your account.

Newbie account proposing that you can able to crack his password? Even the owners isn't still sure on his password how much more on you. This is somehow a bug on blockchain I don't know if its already been resolved as of now of not yet resolved since this issue is already a number of months as of now. I didn't experience such thing though. Secondary password always been fine for my part.
