Arbitrage is still profitable?

Just a waste of time?

Depends what coin the people do?

Is profitable between diferent countries?

arbitrage can be profitable but you have to act fast, because arbitrage opportunities last shortly. in my opinion, the safest way to arbitrage, is to have BTC (or USD) and alt coins (that you want to arbitrage) on both exchanges. this way you can buy alts on one exchange and sell them on the other as soon as arbitrage opportunity appears, and then do coin transfer. this way, the amount of alts stays the same, but your BTC (or USD) capital grows.
