Is it even possible? I tried to Google and found some answers, but I don't trust Google, I want user experience.

Well when I have $Paypal to sell, I usually trade with somebody else in this forum, just create a thread in Service section, someone will come and you will need an escrow service to make sure that you won't lose your money. Or else, you can find your suitable way Here
