Because Bitcoin Cash is coming in 12 hrs I want to do the following:

I created a new offline wallet just for the BitcoinCash-Fork.
I will transfer my Bitcoins from my normal offline wallet to new offline wallet.

After the Fork, my Bitcoin Cash are on the addresses from the new wallet.
Then I transfer the Bitcoin back from my new Offline Wallet to my normal Offline Wallet.

Now my BTCs are back again in my old wallet. Same as before.

But my BTC Cash are not in my normal offline wallet, but in my wallet that is empty with normal BTCs but full of Bitcoin Cash.
So it should be no problem to export private key from this wallet and import them into some Bitcoin-Cash-Online-Wallet to send them to an exchange like Kraken oder Bitfinex, as even if there is a security issue they will not access my normal BTCs, as they are in the other wallet.

So now my only question remaining:
How can I export Private Keys from Armory and how do I import them into any Online Wallet?

Thanks in advance.

You export keys from the Backup Center in the Wallet properties dialog. To import keys, you have to ask the recipient wallet software maintainers. If you're using the Core forked BCC client, I believe there is a GUI option for this but don't quote me on it.
