onG.Social Anyone buying this Pre-ICO?

I'm thinking about purchaing the onGcoin pre-ICO but I'm a little concerned with the site development itself.  It appears that the site has been live for a couple of years.  I tried to create a profile and I didn't even receive an account activation email.  I tried to open a "support ticket" but the link too was down.  I also saw a typo in the "Legal" subject heading for the ICO information link (not the white paper) which put up a red flag.  The white paper seems interesting, but given the fact that the website has been live for some time I find it concerning that worthofweb gives the site a valuation of roughly 10k.  Thoughts anyone?

I personally would not buy it. I do not think blockchain brings anything revolutionary to social media.
