That's a signature campaign where you get paid for posts by wearing it.
So either OP is lying and has made this thread to increase his post count, or his "friend" (post #3) told him to join a campaign.

No brother, I am not lying and also my name intension is not to increase my posts count by this mean.You better know I can do it by posting in any thread.I am new to this cryto currency world.That's why I am asking about it.

Op simple answer is no.  If you are new, welcome and google a lot more, but hardware is needed.  Different algo coins require different types of hardware.  Good luck

But what do you mean by "manual mining"?
I mean mining without any hardware or less hardware or any other automated system.Maybe anyone created any mathematic algorithm which we can use for mining directly on our computer etc

hja, that's an option for manual mining.
Back to the topic.  If you don't have hardware capable to mine, I guess you can rent some so called "hashing power". just I am not sure how profitable that is, I bet 0% profit or even - negative.
