All or Nothing Bounty Campaign??? Skin in the game.

I am just wondering if there have been successful ICO's based purely on Bounty ONLY?

Would it be possible to structure a model where the entire ICO campaign was based on the token being offered at the ICO?  (ex. No payment other than ICO tokens, but larger % tokens)  Maybe keeping it "open" so any "cheating" would take away from other marketers % so it could be auto regulated.  This way, the entire benefit for all involved would depend on a successful ICO, creating "skin in the game" for the ICO marketers.

The end benefit would be much greater for bounty hunters (with successful campaigns, much less with bad ones).

Is an "All or None" marketing campaign possible or has this been done?
