Even I have some doubts regarding this fork. I have some bitcoins in my wallets. How will I get bcc? Will my bitcoins automatically split into btc and bcc or should I need to do something? Or should I transfer my coins to any specific wallet . Can anyone please explain it in layman's words because I am good in technical stuff.

There are many exchanges that will list it. Also LIVECOIN AND NOVA said that they will give everyone BCH who has BTC on their exchanges at time of fork. As I am not very techy myself I have spread my incy BTC across a few exchanges that will be kind enough to support BCH and give us our forked up dues.
